1. Your reservation
Your reservation covers the outfit, size, rental period, event date, pickup date and return date shown in your booking confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after Saga by Himani verifies payment.
Rental Agreement
The terms of your Saga rental.
This agreement applies between Saga by Himani and the customer named in the booking. Your order confirmation records the outfit, dates, size and payment details for your reservation.

2. Rental fee and refundable security deposit
The rental fee and refundable security deposit are collected together at checkout. After the outfit is returned and the return inspection is approved, the security deposit is refunded to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
3. Care of the outfit
You agree to take reasonable care of the outfit, keep every included piece together, and return it in the condition received apart from ordinary wear. Please do not wash, dry clean, spot clean, cut, hem or permanently alter the outfit.
4. Damage, missing pieces and loss
Minor wear is expected. Significant damage, irreparable stains, missing pieces or loss are assessed after return. Applicable costs may be deducted from the security deposit; loss may be charged at the outfit's full replacement value.
5. Returns and late returns
The outfit must be returned by the date in your booking confirmation. A late fee typically equal to 25% of the rental fee per additional day may be deducted from the deposit. Contact Saga as soon as possible if a delay is unavoidable.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event are eligible for a credit toward a future rental. Within 14 days, the rental fee is non-refundable because the outfit was held exclusively for you. The refundable security deposit is returned.
7. Pickup and delivery
Pickup from the Surrey studio is included. Metro Vancouver delivery requires a separate quote and confirmation before payment. Saga by Himani does not currently ship outside Metro Vancouver.

By selecting the agreement checkbox and continuing to payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Rental Agreement and the Rental Policy for the reservation shown at checkout.
